Manic Organic!

For those of you in the class who don't know me, (Probably the majority of you) my name is Josh and i'm the dude that sits to the far left of the classroom.
The behavior change I chose is to eat organically. I find that i'm a healthy eater compared to most people. I picked this good habit up most likely from my five years of competitive wrestling, but after reading The Omnivore's Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals by Michael Pollan, I thought twice about the way I eat. For this behavior change I plan to eat organically and observe any short-term effects I might get in the span of seven weeks.

    Do you plan on eating ONLY organic stuff, or changing only some foods to organic? I love your goal and can't wait to hear how conditioning goes for you.

  3. I plan to eat ONLY organic stuff! This isn't as hard as it seems actually. You just need to find the right places to shop such as Farmer's Market or Trader Joes. Good luck to both of you as well.

  4. Hi, I really like your goal, and I whish you to succeed. Personally I like organic foods better, and I would like to eat only organic but I guess I am too lazy to take the time to look for the exclusive places that sell only organic products. For this reason, I always find myself eating whatever I can find at the local market. But good luck to you!!

  5. Yes you may. It was a stress fracture on one of those supporting bones in my foot - the second one I believe. I am going to take small steps though. I see that you plan to eat organically, that will be difficult...
